Over time, it weaves itself into sleep, stress, mood, relationships, motivation, and how you care for yourself — often in ways that feel subtle rather than dramatic.

About Sobriety Sisterhood

Sobriety Sisterhood was created by Ellen, following her own decision to step away from alcohol and to build a life that no longer required escape.

With over 2 decades of experience in the health and wellbeing field, Ellen brings together her physiology, behaviour change and addiction knowledge to create a unique holistic approach to sobriety. 

 

Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, nervous system awareness and a deep respect for individual journeys to alcohol freedom. 

This is a space for women, who like Ellen, don't necessarily identify with labels, or rock bottom moments - but who know that alcohol has been taking more than it offers, and want steady, supported ways to build a healthier, happier sobriety.
